But instead of completely avoiding buffalo wings and suffering through the temptations (we all want what we can't have right?), and make buffalo wings at home in the over, and I use only a couple TBS of butter. I can hardly notice the taste difference, but just making those simple adjustments I was able to cut out more than half the calories.
