I’m sure you have already heard of the Caveman, or Paleo diet. But many of us are confused about how to lose weight on the caveman diet. It’s really simple. Basically if our caveman friends would have eaten it 1,000 years ago, we include it in our diet.

As far as diet goes, they were much healthier than we are today. These natural foods are ingrained in our DNA and our bodies easily recognize them as food. Processed food on the other hand is not properly absorbed by our diets.
